*41  Observed chemicals being stored on a counter next to the mini pizza maker. In addition, I observed chemicals being stored on a shelf above the soda boxes that are located in the employee section of the bar. Further, in the top cabinet located behind the bar, above the microwave, pesticides are being stored next to cleaning chemicals, and this cabinet is located above a drawer containing kitchen utensils. Provide for all food, equipment, utensils, and single service articles to be stored either above or completely separate for all toxic chemicals, and ensure that pesticides and cleaning chemicals are stored separately. 750.1310 48 Hours
Observed no thermometer in the Igloo chest freezer behind the bar. Provide for an accurate, conspicuous thermometer, that is accurate within +/- 3°F, to be available in all units holding potentially hazardous foods. 750.140 Next Inspection
10  Observed ice scoops being stored on unclean surfaces--on the bar and on the ice box. Provide for all utensils to be stored in one of the following manners: (1) in Clean and dry container and/or (2) in the ice with the handle up and out of the ice. 750.280 Next Inspection
15  Observed the employee sink setup to be in poor repair--the wood paneling is broken and falling off. In addition, a partition in the cooler (in the employee section), is broken and being held up with tape. Repair and maintain all broken elements of the establishment. 750.600 Next Inspection

32  Observed the hand sink in the restroom located in the employee section of the bar to be nonoperational. In addition, I observed no functioning ventilation system in that restroom.
